High School Sports
Spring Sports Information:
You MUST have a cleared sports physical. You MUST also take the ImPACT concussion baseline test. All physicals must be handed into the school nurse BY July 1st!! in order to be cleared in time for Fall tryouts!!! Updated Physical forms for the 2013-2014 year can be found under the Athletic Forms page.
