Welcome to the Piscataway Township Schools
There are three steps to enroll your child in the Piscataway Public Schools:
Step 1: Print Out and Complete the Registration Forms:
Complete the forms for each child and bring them to the Enrollment Center at the time of your appointment. For the forms and online pre-registration manual, click on the appropriate link below:
If you do not have access to a printer you may pick-up the pre-registration forms
at the Enrollment Center and bring the completed forms with you at the time of your
appointment. Please be aware that the registration process may take more time when you
come for your appointment if the online portion (Step 2) of the pre-registration process is
not done in advance.
Step 2: Pre-Register Online:
In addition to downloading the forms in Step 1, you need to enter some of your
child’s demographic information online in order to expedite the process. To begin the
online pre-registration process click on the following link:
When filling out the forms, use your child’s birth name and
date of birth, as shown on his/her birth certificate or passport.
Step 3: Make an appointment
