Dear Piscataway Community,
With the impending retirement of Superintendent Dr. Frank Ranelli in late March, the Piscataway Board of Education wishes to update district staff and the community on its plans for seeking his successor.
The Board has engaged New Jersey School Boards Association to assist with a search. That process should be getting underway shortly, and is expected to take roughly six to nine months.
In the meantime, the Board will be appointing an Interim Superintendent to oversee the district's operations until the search process is complete. Further information regarding the search process and the Board's selection for Interim Superintendent will be released in the coming weeks.
