Inieka Stafford is a proud resident of Piscataway for the past 3 years. She is also a mother of twins who attend Piscataway High School. Being a mother of high schoolers, she understands the challenges students face at every level of education. Ms. Stafford is an advocate of educational models that maximize student achievement, and she also supports the social and emotional wellness and safety of all members of the school community. Moreover, she has experience working with elementary, middle, and high schoolers, first-generation students, and adult learners. She knows the significance of community partnering and how it can impact our schools positively. With her dedication, knowledge, and experience, she can provide continuity and support in achieving the district's goals.

Ms. Stafford's passion for public service led her to pursue degrees in Criminal Justice and Public Administration at the University of New Haven. Her dedication and talent were rewarded with the Presidential Fellowship, a testament to her academic achievements and leadership.

A dedicated advocate for student success, Ms. Stafford bridges the gap between education and promising careers in healthcare and technology through her role as Raritan Valley Community College's Director of Health and Technology. Driven by the belief that preparing our children for the complexities of today's world is our collective responsibility, she brings an objective and open-minded approach to the Board. Ms. Stafford champions student-centered decision-making, characterized by inclusivity, collaboration, and transparency, to ensure a healthy and fiscally sound environment where all students can thrive. Her unique perspective on education policies, honed through her experience as a former collegiate-level educator, extends from leading classroom discussions to offering valuable insights to support students, staff, and families.
