A community where teachers are valued
Teach in a community . . .
• Where creativity is encouraged.
• Where classes are small.
• Where teachers are empowered to continue professional development.
• Where teachers support younger colleagues.
• Where staff are supported in obtaining advanced degrees.
• Where the rewards include the intangible as well as competitive salaries and benefits.
In Piscataway, teachers are encouraged to go beyond their classrooms through distance learning and bring a world of opportunities to children. This is a school district in which administrators expect teachers to help students reach their highest potential.
