Piscataway Township Schools is making an energized push to reach out to alumni to create new community connections and bolster resources for today’s students.
As a first step, “The Pway Connection” is asking all alumni to take a quick online survey to allow the district to gather information and build a database of names and email addresses. The survey can be accessed at this link:

“Our alumni show great pride in their community and have wonderful memories of their time in Piscataway Township Schools,” said Superintendent Dr. Frank Ranelli. “We want to tap into that pride to make ‘The Pway Connection’ an extension of the Piscataway Township Schools family, and show our students the value of the education and experience they are getting in our schools.”
Some examples of how The Pway Connection may allow alumni to get involved:
- Volunteering for schools events
- Speaking with students about college, career, and military choices
- Serving as boosters for athletics or extracurricular groups
- Spreading good news about Piscataway Schools in professional and community groups
- Organizing alumni gatherings and networking
All data shared through the online survey will be kept private and will be used only by the district for alumni outreach programs and messaging.
“We have several prominent alumni who do great things for our students and school,” Ranelli said. “The Pway Connection is about building that network and maintaining a connection between the past and present. Once a Chief, always a Chief.”
